You may have noticed things look a little different around here. Our name, logo, and colors have changed, but the one thing that will never change is our commitment to you.

We’re excited about this new chapter and can’t wait for you to experience everything our new brand encompasses. Watch our video to learn more!

WHY?

In 2023, we expanded by welcoming 7 new parishes into our membership. And as we continued to grow and serve these new parishes, it became clear that we needed to evolve to meet the needs of a broader community, which includes both existing and potential members.

We’re changing our name to better reflect the communities we serve and our vision of creating abundance and enhancing the financial well-being of both current and future members. We believe this new name more closely aligns with our mission, and we know that our vision wouldn’t be possible without the support of our past and present members. We’re excited to continue this journey together!

Sevenfold is a name signifying the parishes we serve and how our credit union creates abundance for others. Through our products and services, we help residents of our communities multiply their financial well-being.

Our brand colors aren’t just for looks—they represent who we are and what we do. Blue stands for trust and stability, the strong foundation we provide for our members. Yellow represents confidence and enthusiasm, the energy we bring to every interaction. And when you mix the two? Why is Monroe Telco FCU changing its name to Sevenfold Federal Credit Union?

We’re changing our name to better reflect the communities we serve and our vision of creating abundance and enhancing the financial well-being of both current and future members. We believe this new name more closely aligns with our mission, and we know that our vision wouldn’t be possible without the support of our past and present members. We’re excited to continue this journey together!

Is Monroe Telco FCU changing ownership?

The credit union is not under new ownership. Our members are still the owners!

Is the management or Board of Directors changing?

The management and Board of Directors will remain the same, and our commitment to serving you will remain unchanged as well.  We are excited about this new chapter as we continue to improve the level of support and dedication you have come to expect.

Will my account number or login information change?

There will be no changes to your account number, login information, or other personal details. You can continue accessing your account as you always have.

Will our debit and credit cards still work?

Your current Monroe Telco debit and credit cards will continue to work, and we’ll keep you updated as the old cards are replaced with new ones featuring our new name and logo.

These updates will come by email, mail, social media and mobile app notification.

Can I still use Monroe Telco FCU checks and deposit slips?

You can continue to use your Monroe Telco checks and deposit slips. At reorder, your new checks and deposit slips will feature our new name and logo.

How will this name change impact my billing or statements?

Your billing, payment methods, and due dates will not be affected. You will continue to receive your statements as usual, reflecting our new name.  We do encourage you to update any bill pay records with other institutions to reflect our new name. 

Will I have to change automatic drafts and direct deposits?

Automatic drafts and direct deposits will continue to use the same transit and account numbers. These numbers have not changed, so there is no need to update this information.  We do encourage you to change any ACH originations at other institutions to reflect our new name. 

Will this affect my loans, savings or investments?

Your existing savings, loan, and investment accounts will remain unaffected and will continue with the same terms and conditions.

Will the Credit Union be changing locations or contact details?

You can continue to reach us through the same phone numbers, and physical locations as before. However, our email extensions have changed from monroetelcofcu.org to sevenfoldfcu.org. 

What are some of the positives of the name change?

Our rebrand will help us better serve your financial needs and strengthen our relationship with you. This change will create new opportunities for growth, foster stronger personal connections, and deliver more impactful solutions, all provided by the trusted staff and leadership you rely on.

Do I need to take any action due to the name change?

Your accounts, credentials, and services will remain unchanged, and you can continue to manage your account as usual. We do encourage you to update any bill pay or ACH records with other institutions to reflect our new name.

How will this affect my membership status?

The name change will have no impact on member status. Rest assured, our commitment to you remains unchanged as we continue to build and nurture the personal connections that matter most.
